My Experience When I Was Shopping For Pillow Top Mattress

After 15 years of marriage, I ultimately convinced my husband who turning the mattress every 3 months weren't helping any longer, and he agreed to buying a new one. As it had been years, since I shopped for a top mattress store, I was a bit overwhelmed. I was bombarded by the latest mattress crazes.

There were resizeable beds & spring mattresses and foam mattresses and many even made from space-aged materials! And all those mattresses promise the ultimate comfort. After comparisons on pricing with other types of mattresses with and without a mattress pad I made a decision that a pillow-top mattress and mattress pad were greatest for me.

Therefore I began my search, first with online furniture and mattress sellers to find the greatest buy for my budget. To my surprise, I found that 4 local stores carried the pillow-top mattress available ready for instant delivery. So without delay I hopped in my car and headed out for an afternoon of shopping, an outing I was sure to enjoy.

The very first location I went to have all kinds of mattress pads, pillow top mattresses and top of the line brand names. Unfortunately, the prices were a bit out of my reach, thus I headed to my second destination, a regional department store. Yes they had the selection for top mattress types, but not the size.

You see my husband is a bear of a man and we both need a king sized bed for our comfort. Therefore off to location 3. This was a more up-scale store and I really didn't think it would have the pillow top mattress I wanted in my price range. I was not disappointed with my theory as it was extremely over-priced!

Well, that left one, and as they say "save the best for last". I totally expected to end up buying my mattress and mattress pad at liquidation store in a nearby town unfortunately known as "Top Mattress". And alas there it was size, price and comfort of "my" pillow top mattress, and they offered me a deal on the mattress pad besides throwing in free delivery. Not only did they deliver, but they did a full setup and took away my old mattress and mattress pad to save me the inconvenience of finding a disposal method.
